Zhejiang Jiahui New Materials Co., Ltd. Fluorosilicon New Material Recycling Project and Phase II Project of Annual Production of 31100 Tons of Organic Silicon Series Products Start Construction

At 9:00 am on November 9th, the fluorine silicon new material recycling project and the second phase project of producing 31100 tons of organic silicon series products annually of Zhejiang Jiahui New Materials Co., Ltd. officially started construction. Yang Yiqing, President of Zhejiang Jiancheng New Materials Co., Ltd. and Chairman of Zhejiang Jiahui New Materials Co., Ltd., Wang Jianguo, Chairman of Zhejiang Quzhou Zhonghe Construction Co., Ltd., Mr. Li Jingyu, a special guest from South Korea, as well as representatives from the construction unit, supervision unit, and construction unit, attended the groundbreaking ceremony together.
Zhejiang Jiahui New Materials Co., Ltd. is a provincial specialized and innovative enterprise mainly engaged in the research and development, production, and sales of organic silicon intermediates and vinyl silanes. The first phase of the 31100 ton annual production of organic silicon series products project was completed and put into operation in November 2020. The second phase, the fluorosilicon new material recycling project, which started construction today, is located on the east side of Jiahui Company's factory area, covering an area of 40.84 acres with a total investment of 182.5155 million yuan. The project includes the construction of two production workshops, a Class A warehouse, a packaging workshop, a regional power distribution room, a regional cabinet room, a tank area, and a wastewater treatment station (expansion). The project is scheduled to be completed and put into operation in November 2024. After being put into operation, the project can generate an annual increase in production value of 500 million yuan and an additional profit and tax of 80 million yuan.
Organic silicon, as a new high-tech material, is widely used in national economic fields such as defense and military industry, aerospace, electronic appliances, construction and transportation, and has broad market prospects. The second phase of the project focuses on extending and supplementing the downstream industry of vinyl, continuously expanding and strengthening the vinyl industry chain, promoting the company's transformation and upgrading towards scale, high-end, and green direction, and ultimately building it into a first-class domestic organic silicon production base with the largest vinyl production capacity, the most complete variety, and the best quality.
